Vegar 01(New ID)

A new character of mine, loooong story behind him and his whole family. Just needed a new ID picture because my old one was drawn in 2010 or something mad like that. I can see so much wrong with this drawing, but it's better than the last one. Close enough. For this guy, I was just fulfilling the need to create someone who looked like Viserys.
